Hello, I have to remove a logo from all Task(base tabe) forms. eg. sc_req_item, Incident, sc_task, etc. The logo is circled on the screen shot below: I see how to remove a logo from the banner on the service portal, but I do not see where to remove a logo from a form. I appreciate any guidance.

Looks like it’s custom code. Try using Dictionary configuration to check the field decorator for this.

Known Issue in the ServiceNow Community
Currently, there is a limitation when embedding screenshots directly into a Community post or question. Members may not be able to download the image or zoom in sufficiently to view the details.
For better visibility and quicker resolution, you can either:
Attach the image as a file so members can download and view it at full resolution, or
Embed the image using a larger image size. This needs to be done manually when creating the post.
This is a known Community limitation and is worth keeping in mind when sharing screenshots that contain detailed information.

Hi @DeIvory Gordon ,
that looks like an annotation
Configure-> form layout and find the the *annotations and try updating the annotation text
check in proper sections
or you can open the form in form design as well
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Chaitanya
