We have implemented Walkup and have been running it for a couple weeks and ran into an issue where a technician didn't log out at the end of the night and was on PTO the rest of the week. How do you remove a technician from a Kiosk? We tried de-activating the Kiosk, hoping that would kick him... as soon as we re-activated the Kiosk, that technician was there. Any ideas? Thank you

Hey Raghav,
This tells me that there really isn't a way to remove a technician if they didn't log out. I guess you could (as an admin) impersonate that tech and log them out that way. Thank you for your response.
