Remove Roles from users

How do I remove a role of a user from a scoped application?

I tried to perform delete operation on sys_user_has_role table.But application access for the table is restricting to perform delete

operation on the table..

I have seen many discussion for the topic on the community. But my requirement is little different.

I am doing this operation from a scoped application and not with the global scope.

Is there any other way to remove roles from users..?

Hi Eshwari,

Follow the steps please,

1) Goto System Applications

2) If you find your scoped application, select it.

3) Right click on the Title Bar of your application, Select Configure --> Related List.

4) Search Role in the bucket and add it to the related list and save it.

5) Under the Related Links you'll see the Roles Tab, where you can add or remove roles.

I am not asking about this.

I am asking about removing roles from users

Goto User Administration --> Users

Select the user you want to remove roles.

Then Under related Links select Roles Tab and remove the roles which you want to remove.

Go to that user and click on edit button of roles and   move the role from right to left and save
