thank you but if i follow this answer i delete the new action button in every place the task table apears in the workspace. i want to hide this button only in the caller ticket in the related records

In that case you need to add conditions for specific table only.

Hi @ofekg ,

 

Where ever you are making record inactive or able to remove new button, in the same record add your caller tickets table(incident) under action exclusions and try.
