Rename Attachment from workspace

Hi Everyone,
There is Attachment section on workspace, need to rename it:

@rah dev Below are the steps to reflect the changes but I would suggest you to restrict or take special attention in making this change as its globally set. 

1. Navigate to System -> UI Messages

2. Search for "Attachments"

3. Rename the value.

Note: Make sure you take special attention while doing this change. If its really required, you can modify it for the specific application scope but not in Global.
