I've created an inbound email actions (using flow designer) for replies to incident notifications. The flow works fine - the email gets added to the incident.
However, when you click on Show Details of the reply, it downloads a ".do" file.
Here's what the flow looks like:
When emails are sent in to create the incident, it works fine. The email expands just the way it is supposed to when you click on Show Details in the incident. I'm at a loss for what to do. Any thoughts?
