Hi folks,
Thanks for being helpful as always. This time, I was wondering if anyone could point out a report chart colour question.
I have reports based on Incident table that do not reflect the correct colours based on Color Definition. e.g In 'Chart Colors' under Reports, the u_sla_breach_level is expected as Red if at Breached
However, in the actual reports, the presented color doesn't seem to follow the definition. e.g Breached shows as light-blue (as screenshot below)
The report settings is configured as below
If taking out the Stacked by and change the Group By 'SLA Breach Level', the colour still doesn't match the definitions.
I am relatively newbie to the report colouring configuration, and wondering if any advice for getting the colour right.
Thanks,

HI George
Please go to the "chart colors" module under report Application and define the element and its value for which you want a particular color.Lest say ,and element is state and if its value is pending then color should be orange .Here you can define colors for any table of your choice.
PLZ mark this correct if it resolved your issue or feel free to ask if u still have any queries.
Regards,
Shubh
