Report for about to breach tickets

I want a report showing about to breach tickets in next 1 hour ? Is there any OOB dashboard or metrics to show it ?

Hi @Balakrishna_ABK ,

Sure, you can either create a report based on the task_sla or the incident_sla. This off course depends on, if you would like to see only incidents or all tasks with SLA attached. According to this, you can create report as below:

Please note, that I have used "actual time left" but you can also utilize business duration left. This depends on your SLA definition and the scheduled defined within the SLA definition.
