Report on Database view table not showing data

Hi, 

I’m encountering an issue with a report that does not displays SLA-related fields (like SLA Definition Name and Business Elapsed Time).

The report is built on a joined table (sn_hr_core_case and task_sla) that combines records and their associated SLA details.

When the report is run as an admin, everything displays correctly — including all SLA-related fields.

However, when I impersonate a non-admin user (e.g., HR agent), the SLA fields appear blank

Does the agent have the ITIL role or the required role to view the SLA?

they should have read access to that SLA definition table.

try giving "sn_sla_definition_read" role

Hi Ankur, i have provided and still the same, issue is only in report where the data for task_sla is not visible, if the non admin user opens the hr case and opens the related task sla, its visible and working fine.

This is recently we are finding this issue after upgrade, before the users were able to see the data in reports for the join tables
