Hello All I created a report for all colleagues who have left, this works perfectly but I have been asked if the person who has left can be added made visible in the report? as per screen grab

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

Where do have the Person who has left?? is it in the Requested for field?? some varibale

If requested for >Bring in Requested for Column or If its Variable bring in the Variable as column as below

Select variable >choose the catalog item > bring the variable required,

I tried that one tried but not able to find Firstname or last name variable in it

Do we you see any other variable???, what do see when you select the catalog paste us the screenshots if its ok.

Select the catalog item(that user request for this)here , it woukd display all the variables on that catalog item.
