Hello All I created a report for all colleagues who have left, this works perfectly but I have been asked if the person who has left can be added made visible in the report? as per screen grab

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

Where do have the Person who has left?? is it in the Requested for field?? some varibale 

If requested for >Bring in Requested for Column or If its Variable bring in the Variable as column as below

Select variable >choose the catalog item > bring the variable required,

Hi @Ralton Stewart ,

Did you follow the below steps 

1)Click on Columns

2)Scroll down and click on variables and clicl the icon to open catalog item

2)Select the catalog item of the request > it would display all the varibles pertaining to item >select , it would disply in the report.
