Report under Dashboard Tab not reflecting on update set movement.

I have added 2 new Reports in a Portfolio Dashboard. These change has been captured in my update set as 'Grid Canvas Pane'. When I moved my update set to Testing instance, Reports are present in the instance under Report List but not reflecting in the Portfolio Dashboard.

What can be the issue?

Hi Anubhav,

I did in the following way.

1. Go to pages and search for your page.

2. If you open the page, you will find a set of drop zones. Open that in a new tab and export the drop zones for that page in an XML.

Drop zones of page Catalog. Keep the page name in list view.

3. Similarly if you open any one of the drop zones, you will see   portal preferences for that particular drop zone as below.But we need all the portal   preferences of that page. Hence in the filter add that the page name as your page name say here catalog

You can add page name in the filter by dot walking as below

Portal Section=>portal fields=>Page=>Portal Page Fields=> Title.

So now you will have all the portal preferences of your page as below

4. Take the xml of it.

Import the dropzones xml and portal preferences xml after loading your update set. you can see your added reports in your dashboard.

In my Dashboard tab, Page field is empty. It is working without page field. Without page field, is it possible to move it?

Hi, Please open Home Pages Admin-->Pages. Your dashboard name is nothing but the page name.
