Report with Dynamic filters like assigned is(dynamic) me to send own records when recipients are mor

configure a scheduled email report on incident table where report has filter assigned to is(dynamic) Me and on report it has more than 1 recipient and when report gets sent out it only sends the records/link of records which are assigned to that 1 particular recipient in servicenow. is there a way to achieve this using scheduled email repport in classic reporting of ServiceNow

I do not believe so as dynamic needs someone logged in to the system. Basically dynamic is looking at the logged in user. Since no user is logged in with a scheduled report it will not work.
