Hey everyone,
I need help creating an out of the box report to show the tickets that started with Assignment group A and then transferred to Assignment Group b and all groups sent. Is this possible or is there a way to at least find a list of incidents that started with Assignment group A and then transferred to another group?
Thanks

Hi @Gemma4
Yes, you need to create the metrics and then from metric create DB view to create a report. OOTB few metric available
