Reporting help needed for 'This helped' button clicks with articles

We're looking to improve the way we can report on how many times the 'This helped' button has been clicked for an article.

I can see this from cxs_relevant_doc_task (which shows how many times "this helped" has been clicked, but I can't find a way of showing what workflow the article is in, i.e. Draft, Published etc. 

Any ideas form anyone?
