I am trying to create an Approver report for a certain person in our organization but the only way I can see to filter on the correct batch of Change Requests is on the Additional Approver Group of the CR. But I cannot seem to get a condition = Approval for . Additional Approver Group is XXXXX, as the Approval for . Additional Approver Group doesn't appear to exist.
Is there a workaround to get to this specific field? It's the only constant that I can filter on for the specific types of CR's because, unfortunately, neither the CR Product, Category, Service Offering, nor Configuration Item are constant enough, and it wouldn't be an accurate report. Whereas Additional Approver Group would be the catch-all for optimum accuracy.
