Sometimes it’s a plugin issue. Try repairing the plugin and then try again.

Hi @Apaul
Now Assist relies heavily on AI Search. If your data is not indexed, Now Assist cannot view it.
- Navigate to AI Search > Content Sources.
- Validate that your knowledge bases and incident tables are indexed and marked as AI Search enabled.
