Reports are not generating from the Assist pane. Please advise

While we trying to generate data visualization from now assists pane, its showing 
I couldn't find a related source of data. Can you try entering the name of a table with related data?

Hi @Apaul 

Sometimes it’s a plugin issue. Try repairing the plugin and then try again.

Hi @Apaul 

 

Now Assist relies heavily on AI Search. If your data is not indexed, Now Assist cannot view it.
 
  • Navigate to AI Search > Content Sources.
  • Validate that your knowledge bases and incident tables are indexed and marked as AI Search enabled.
