Hi,
I've built a report on Task SLA table. However when I'm trying to dot walk to the incident table from there I'm not able to see any of my custom fields in Incident form.
Please assist!
Thanks,
Sarah

You can try reporting on incident_sla table. It is a table join of incident and task sla.

Task is a reference field pointing to Task table. Hence it wont show custom fields of incident table, as per my knowledge.

Yes, but is there any way? Because we are using custom fields for incident state and severity and SLAs are all linked to those fields. Hence in SLA reporting those are essential.

Hi,
you need to go to via this route: task.incident.incident_fields (the 'incident_fields' is which ever field you need to get to).
For example;
1) You go to 'Task', then you go 'Show related fields'
2) You then go to 'Task -> Task Fields', from which you can select 'Incident +'
3) From there you should be able to get to any incident table field
