Request Item table (sc_req_item) not visible/selectable in Flow Designer

I am trying to write a Flow designer to send specific emails to specific people when something specific happens on a Requested ITEM (sc_req_item). But this table does not appear in the dropdowns in the flow designer. Is this on purpose or is this something I need to log an incident for?find_real_file.png

I did some looking in docs and I found an article saying you need a plugin activated for service catalog.  I did not see anything service requests.

Thanks Brian.

But this is only for when a item is requested, not when it is updated etc.

I want to kick off different actions based on certain things that change in a request item, after it was initially created.

I have checked, this plugin does not give me that functionality.

You are correct the Service Catalog flow plugin when activated only gives you the "Service Catalog" trigger which is configured to run on the submission of a catalog item instead of an execution plan or other workflow. Currently the only way to accomplish what you need is to use a workflow on the Request Item table. The conditions for triggering can be configured using the workflow condition builder then WF activities configured as needed. We ran into the same issue when trying to set up flow designer within the context of the Service Catalog and RITMS. Hopefully there will be an update to flow designer which includes this capability.
