I recently lost access to my ServiceNow instance (https://dev266042.service-now.com) because it was not renewed on time while I was on vacation. Unfortunately, this instance contains some important developments and configurations that I need to showcase to a client as part of a business opportunity.
Could you kindly help me restore or reactivate the instance? It would be very helpful to recover the work already completed so I can present it to the customer.
Thank you very much for your support.

Once a PDI is taken back, it cannot be retrieved. This means there is no way to get or restore the PDI once you’ve lost it.

Hi @Andrea Cavallar,
once the PDI is released, all the data are forever lost...unless you did some backups or exports. If not, then the data is not longer existing...

@Andrea Cavallar This ☝️ is the best answer you can get :)))
Some weeks ago when I was to start my holidays, I backed up my app (building it for 5 months) and uploaded it to my colleague's PDI just in case and then I was logging to my PDI on my mobile from the beach not to lose it... 😄
