Hi all
Recently we have encountered issues while adding additional approvers to the list on RITM form. And after adding the approvers to the list, the request is getting auto approved. Has anyone faced this issue before?

Please check the approver's active state and check is that user having approval role.

Yes I have checked that the person who was added as approver is active and has approver role.
