I created a record producer in the Service catalog for internal users to put in a future project request form and it'll be assigned to the project manager to be approved or not. However, as a Sys Admin I am able to view the entries but when I impersonate the project manager they are not able to see the same thing. How can I fix this issue?

PM View (Req number does not appear in list view)

Hi @SParker12
The issue may be due to ACLs applied over sc_request table. You need to review the ACLs
In navigation bar, go to System Security > Access Control (ACL)
Apply the filter as shown below
Review all the ACLs to find the cause of your issue.
