Requirement for fulfillers to view "History--> LIST" for a record?

Our IT analysts are having a requirement to view History--> List for a record ex - Incident form?

I see OOTB ACLs allows only for Admins to do so.

Q1 - How are you managing this today? Did your fulfillers ever had such requirements? (our analysts say History -> Caledar view is not good, they want LIST view)

Q2 - What are the various ways to fulfil our requirements? Play with ACLs? or Use Activity formatter? etc/ Has servicenow got any recommendations?

Atul: No, our fulfiller don't have this requirement.  If required ,  team check in calendar view only.

Q2 - What are the various ways to fulfil our requirements? Play with ACLs? or Use Activity formatter? etc/ Has servicenow got any recommendations?

Atul: You can add the required fields in Audit or in activity formatter.
