Requirements for Online CSA Exam?

Hi,

I am planning to appear for CSA exam Online. However, when I read the requirements it states that we need an external webcam. Is it not acceptable to use my laptop's webcam for the purpose of this exam?

Hi, an external camera is required so that the exam proctor can clearly see the person taking the exam and ensure that the no external reference material is being used by the examinee.
Laptop webcam is not acceptable as it does not give a clear view of the examinee, or their actions\behaviour during the exam.

The referenced Kryterion link also contains details regarding the camera resolution, cable length and focus configuration etc. These requirements are to ensure appropriate visibility.

I would expect that if you try to take the exam wihtout meeting the webcam requirements,
you will not be allowed to proceed or your results will be invalid.

I am planning to use the Logitech B525 Webcam. Will that be a good choice? 

The only issue is that it has Auto-focus and there is no Manual focus ring.
