I need one requirement whenever the Configuration Item added on Change request table then in related list, we have option affected Cis which is stored in task_ci table. what affected cis present in task_ci table then approval needs to trigger to approval group, if approval group is not available then it should trigger to owned by, again owned by is empty then it needs to trigger to Manage by group?
Note: - This requirement needs only Achieve through flow designer and whenever we add CI on Change _request table then only affected ci approval needs to be trigger as above mentioned .
if it not possible through flow designer then how we can achieve this through UI script.
