Response templates are not shown in Agent workspace

When I try to open response templates in incident form in agent workspace, it is not showing any templates.

While creating response templates, I added three channels (form,email and chat).

Is there any other ways to list the response templates in agent workspace?

Hi,

Navigate to System definition -> Templates

Create new templates for incident table. It will reflect in agent workspace

Yes I already having that templates in agent workspace.

I need to display response template in agent workspace.
