REST action in flow

I am unable to see REST action in the flow after following the below steps as mentioned in the below link

Which IntegrationHub related plugins are installed in that instance now?

Be aware that you won't simply see a ready-made action in Flow Designer, but you have to create a custom Action yourself. In the Action designer, you should find a REST step (given that the required plugin is installed).

If not already done, I can recommend to go through the Micro-Certification courses for Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
