Restrict Access through quered business rule

I have a requirement to restrict access of AWS events and alerts only to members who has role as aws_access.

It can be done with the help of query BR but I guess ACL will be a better option here.

I tried with ACL but I want to try with query BR also . Can you suggest how to write with Query BR.
