Restrict Attachment deletion by requestors in HRSD

we need to restrict requestors and HR advisors from deleting the attachments, so that no wrong document is deleted and we have an audit trail of what has been deleted by whom.

Hi @himangiG ,

there are couple of ways to do this 

1)Create delete business on the sys_attachment table, check if its a requestor/HR advisors abort the action and log who tried to delete (this is like reactive approach)

2)Create a Delete operation ACL on the sys_atttachment table to exclude requestor/HR advisors from deletion
