Restrict Edit and Create from Toggle Template Bar

Hi,

We recently upgraded from Fuji to Helsinki and the Change templates are now accessible through the 'Toggle Template Bar'.   It allows users to EDIT and CREATE templates.   We would like to restrict both actions for admins only.   How can I hide the 'Edit' from the menu window and the '+' sign so non-admin users cannot edit/create templates?   Please see screenshots below.

Hi Anna,



To hide the '+' button you can use an create ACL in [sys_template] table



But the other button i don't know to hide it.

Did you find the solution how can we hide/show EDIT button? In my instance, only for admins its visible. Requirement is to make it visible to ITIL users as well. Any help is appreciated.
