Restrict Edit and Create from Toggle Template Bar

Hi,

We recently upgraded from Fuji to Helsinki and the Change templates are now accessible through the 'Toggle Template Bar'.   It allows users to EDIT and CREATE templates.   We would like to restrict both actions for admins only.   How can I hide the 'Edit' from the menu window and the '+' sign so non-admin users cannot edit/create templates?   Please see screenshots below.

You can achive this by setting this property to true. 

glide.ui.show_template_bar.sys_template

you can also set for specific table. An example, for change request table: glide.ui.show_template_bar.change_request
