In my Hardware Table, Asset record has been created for VMs which is incorrect. So, I am removing asset with the help of - Solved: Delete Asset Record without deleting the CI - ServiceNow Community
I am now exploring ways to prevent such occurrences in the future. Ideally, I am seeking solution that restricts the creation of asset records during discovery runs for VMs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our asset management process.
