Restrict Workspace list based on group

Hello Experts,

We have a requirement to make new workspace list visible to only specific group without depending on the role. I know that we can achieve this in Audiences by adding roles. However I want to avoid it and achieve this with the group. While, I was exploring documents, I found the below link

which says that by enabling the 'glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled' property, we can manage the lists with group. But I cannot see any user criteria though I enable this property. 

Please provide the inputs on how to control workspace list based on group.

Hi @Sunil25 ,

By enabling the glide.ux.user_criteria_enabled property, make sure the UX Framework User Criteria plugin is active, then creating a User Criteria that refers to the desired group, defining an Audience using that User Criteria (with inclusions or exclusions), and finally assigning that Audience via List Applicabilities (sys_ux_applicability_m2m_list) to the workspace list you want to control...

>> just verify the property is true, plugin installed, clear cache, and impersonate a user in the group to test it...

Once you enable that property you need to clear the role field and save the form.

Then only that Related of User Criteria Inclusion and Exclusion will be seen
