Service Portal Simple List widget 'View All' not displaying

Hi all

I've created a new Simple List widget to display a users open Incidents. But this one does not display the footer 'Showing X of XX' or the 'View All' button

How would I enable this on my widget?

Can you please verify that the instance option "hide footer" is not selected in the "instance options"?

Hey Steve, the next follow up questions:



1) ensure you are using the OOB 'Simple List' widget


2) That there are enough records in the list to warrant having the footer. It will not show unless there are more records in your list than showing.   Check the 'filter' in the same 'instance options' above and try that same filter on a list view compare the total number you got back to the 'Maximum entries' .

I ran into this exact issue. I was able to resolve it by removing the "Maximum entries" limit on the widget within the page designer.
