Retired CI list is missing in CMDB Data Management task control related list after retirement

Hi team,

 

We are working on CMDB Data Management task control to retire CIs. CI retirement is working fine with approval and without approval. But the list of CIs name is missing in related list of CMDB Data Management task control. Before retirement we can see all the list of Cis in related list. For future reference we need the list of CIs with task number. Please assist.

We implemented a business rule to copy the CIs to the Affect CI [task_ci] table before deletion from the CMDB Data Management Tasks to CIs [cmdb_data_management_task_to_ci] table. This matches our existing process to use Affected CIs to record tasks calling for CI modification.

If the CI list is very long, like 10,000 records, it can take several minutes after the CMDB Task is marked Closed Complete before the CIs are completely moved to Affected CIs.
