I would like to understand if we can get exact match in global search with any field like GBS Reference in the screenshot, just like the number field search and access the record directly bypassing the search results.

Got to know from the below link, that its only possible for Number field. But do we have any workaround on this , where we can make it exact match searchable and access the record directly using GBS reference field also.
