Retrieving repository publish dev notes

Robert Hames

I have an application that I have written for my client, and we have gone through many versions in the last year.

Every time I published it through the repository, I entered what the new version contained in the dev notes.

My client just requested a description of each version, so I need to retrieve the dev notes for each version that I published.

I have looked, and am unable to find the history of the dev notes anywhere.

Would anyone know where I could find these?

Thanks!

Hi Robert,

See if these could help please.

App Store>Application Repository>Manage Apps (From Servicenow Store)

Go to the table sys_store_app it will tell you the details

You can also check the upgrade history

View the upgrade history of a ServiceNow Store application

Reference : How to find how many Scoped applications and versions were installed in Production Instance in last ...

If I enter "App Store" in the filter navigator, I get this:

find_real_file.png

If I go to sys_store_app, all I get is a record showing the latest version.

If I follow the instructions on the first link, my application is not listed. It is not published to the Service Now store. It is a custom application.

What I'm after is the comments I entered when I published a new version of the application.

(see the attached screenshot)

Unfortunatly I have a limited knowledge about this. And I couldn't find anything either other than the links I sent above to assist you further.
