In risk event related list task- risk event task i 'am facing issue. "Security constraints prevent access to requested page". What is the reason for this ?

Please check if there are some variant is created for that page if yes then check for the audiences's role, if you have the role or not, if not assign that role to yourself and try to check again.
Also try to check the acl on your target table.
