Risk form - Risk assessments related list

Hi all,

After plugin upgrade, we have observed in Risk form that 'State' default column has been replaced with 'Status', what is the reason behind making this change, anyone have any idea on this?

@aagman4, 

 

You would have to look into release notes or ask ServiceNow directly to possibly understand the logic behind this update but the newer update shows the progress of Risk Asssessment in its Lifecycle which would be helpful for someone who is not familiar with the process and help them understand the stage of Risk Assessment.

Hi @aagman4 

It's tough to say what the exact reason behind it might be. One possibility is to ensure that the entire risk lifecycle follows the updated status model. Also, Risk Assessment may have been moved or renamed to follow status instead of state.
