I need some help with the risk score calculation for DevOps Change Management.
Q1. Can we use both Risk Assessment and Risk conditions for Calculating Risk on change?
Q2. If anyone has a sample with a real-time example, please share a reference on how the risk score is calculated. I know how to calculate Risk for a Standard ITSM change request, but in our case, we are creating a DevOps change using a flow, not through a pipeline. I would like to understand how to calculate the risk score. Thank you!
