RITM-Approval workflow

Hi All,

 

I have a scenario where 2 or more approvers are there in a approval group

All has to take action either Approve or reject the request

However the end state after All have responded, the request has to be closed completed.

Can you give me a guidance on how to fulfill this.

Hi @MohammedYaseen 

 

When you configur the Approval in Workflow / flow there will be a option when to approve > 'every on approve'. This option will let you wait for everyone to approve and then move to next activity...

Hi @MohammedYaseen 

 

Are you handling the approval inside a flow ? If yes, you can configure the Ask for Approval Action to mark the Approval as complete only when all the approvers have responded and then as a next step inside your flow, you can mark the RITM as Closed Complete. Refer below screenshot :

An alternative way to approach this is Business rule. Refer below post and create a business rule :

All has to take action either Approve or reject the request --> You can set in Flow like this

However the end state after All have responded, the request has to be closed completed.

As per OOTB, if any one reject, the RITM considered as Rejected, then may i know why you want to set state closed completed? Need more understanding on your case.

Can you give me a guidance on how to fulfill this.
