RITM complete additional comment message change

Hello,

When we complete an RITM, an automatic message is added to the additional comments:
"Your RITM for (subject) is complete."

Where can this message be changed?

You can achieve that via Before Business rule.

I misunderstood your requirement.

If you want to update the existing message, then you need to check the catalog item flow/work flow/business rules.

@asd22 - Its a custom message i guess. Please check the flow and business rule which runs when you complete the RITM.

i tried to look at our BRs but found nothing same on the flow. Not really sure where to go from that
