RITM Default view

HI Team

 

while opening the RITM it is opening in self service view after clicking side bar icon we are able to change in default view but customer wants after opening the RITM it should be in default view they don't want to change it manually can any one help me how to achieve this

I think the reason, we are trying to open RITM under self Service but if you try to open it from the Service catalogue then it opens in default view.
