Role Based form visibility

Use Case:

I want to hide fields in sys_data_source table based on role and still can write to visible fields as well.

Use ACL on those fields and check.

How to exactly do this?
Use Case:

Sample I want Name field to be hidden for a specific role and not affect existing ACLs for this table.
