Role needed to view System Definition

Hello all,

I have an ITIL user who needs to view System Definition in dev and test instance. Is there a way to provide access without giving them an admin role?

To show the application, you need to give one of the roles

But giving role is completely depends on which modules user would like see. Here is the screenshot that shows the roles needed to display a particular module
