Hello Experts,
I have to provide a role to create new CI to itil role.
Can anyone suggest me what role should I provide to an itil user and what are the table will it get exposed.

if you add itil role then itil users would also be able to create new Configuration items.
If admin overrides is checked then the admin anyways gets the role even if its not mentioned in roles. So, be sure to provide itil role so that admin and itil can create new records under create operation.

Check what acl is applied to table of cmdb_ci, mostly it is asset or itil role to create new Configuration items in ootb.
