Hello,
I'm attempting to start the RPA Desktop Design Studio, but I keep encountering the following error: "Plugin 'Essential Toolkit' could not be downloaded. The remote server returned an error (404) Not Found."
Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I managed to get the RPA Desktop Design Studio working again, but interestingly, I didn't make any changes on my side. It seems like there might have been a temporary issue with the ServiceNow servers that caused the "Plugin 'Essential Toolkit' could not be downloaded" error.

Did you download the Studio msi from the SN instance?

Yes, I've downloaded the msi from my personal development instance. Moreover, I attempted to fetch it from our primary 'live' instance and tested the connection to both instances to ensure there wasn't an issue from that perspective.
To eliminate the possibility of any configuration issues on my side, I initiated an installation on a fresh Windows 10 virtual machine.
Interestingly, my colleague encountered the same error when trying to launch the RPA Desktop Design Studio.
I've escalated this issue by opening a case with ServiceNow support, especially since it's impacting our live instance. Any further assistance or insights while we await their response would be greatly appreciated.
