I'm trying to get a list of all reports that are published. And, the report type is not List. I've tried creating a new report on the reports tables (sys_report), but I'm not seeing this table when I'm creating it. Is that the only way to achieve this? Or is there another way?

By default, you can't report on system tables but you can add exceptions. See https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/concept/c_ReportOnSyste...

Hi @MStritt ,
I would recommend you to look at the paragraph "How to search for a publicly published report in your instance" in the url: https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0728025.
