After some advice here. We want to automate some simple tasks such as clearing browser cache on a users machine. We'd like to do this via the Virtual Agent. So a user complains there is an issue etc, contacts the VA and the virtual agent is then able to perform the action on behalf of the user. What would be the best way to achieve this? Has anyone done something similar?
