when we click on ' Manage Access ' button getting error like this , can anyone please help me how to sort it out .

"We recently got the same error. It started after we installed a new version of the SailPoint Plugin after a refresh of the ServiceNow instance. Our SailPoint Team indicated that they updated a library in SailPoint and the error was gone. "
